This policy describes how Cleia processes the personal data of visitors to this site and of people requesting a workflow assessment. It applies to the cleia.io website.

Data controller
The data controller is Jérémie Nunez, sole proprietor, 1113, 226 avenue du Général de Gaulle, 94170 Le Perreux-sur-Marne, France, reachable at jeremie@cleia.io.
Data collected
When you request an assessment: your name, your company, your professional email address, and your city.
When you browse: technical server connection logs (IP address, pages viewed, date and time), used only for site security.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your assessment request and getting back to you about it: the performance of pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
- Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the site: Cleia's legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention
Form data is kept for three years after your last contact, then deleted. You can request its deletion at any time before then.
Technical logs are kept for six months at most.
Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the Cleia team and to the site host Fly.io, Inc., to the extent necessary for technical operations. It is neither sold, nor transferred, nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
No data is transferred outside the European Union.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:
- right of access: obtain a copy of the data held;
- right to rectification: correct inaccurate data;
- right to erasure: request deletion of your data;
- right to restriction: restrict the processing;
- right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- right to portability: receive your data in a structured format.

Cleia implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration.
